Important Certification Information

Completing the Home Health Aide Training Course is the training portion of the New Jersey CHHA Certification process. Course completion does not automatically result in CHHA Certification. After completing the program, graduates are responsible for applying to the New Jersey Board of Nursing and completing the remaining Certification requirements.

You will need access to the internet for the first 60 hours of training. The final 16 hours of practical training will take place in our Hillsborough, NJ office. Previous home care experience is not required.

Tuition for the New Jersey CHHA program is $449 and is due at the time of signup for the online training program. When filing your CHHA license application with the New Jersey Board of Nursing, an $80 money order payable to the New Jersey Board of Nursing is required. This fee is separate from the $449 course tuition and is the responsibility of the student/applicant.
